The space
Brightly filled with sunlight, this house features many different seating areas, from a main living area and a cozy TV/fireplace nook to an appealing sun porch with room to relax and read a book but also to dine and observe a surprising variety of birds at the bird feeders outside.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and a third, smaller room has a full-sized crib. An inflatable twin mattress will be available for this room upon request. There are TWO full bathrooms on the upstairs level. Both are shower stalls; one has a bench. The living room has a comfortable queen-size sofa-sleeper.

The back patio features Adirondack chairs and a Weber gas grill for your convenience.

This is the perfect spot for couples and families to relax and enjoy exploring the southern coast of Maine.

Kennebunk guest parking passes are provided for two vehicles, so you can easily visit all of Kennebunk’s beaches, including Mothers Beach.
