The Space

This home has history and character visible in the wide plank pine floors, post & beam construction, and well-kept landscape surrounding the house. Our historic 4-bedroom, 3 full, and 2 half-bathroom farmhouse boasts a unique blend of 18th-century charm and modern updates. With original wide-pine floors, exposed beams, and period details throughout, you’ll feel a sense of history while enjoying the contemporary comforts of home. We’ve carefully renovated the space, adding a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and updated bathrooms.

The cozy living room, with its many windows, is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Kennebunk’s stunning coastline. The kitchen, complete with all the essentials needed to prepare delightful meals, offers a practical and welcoming space for your culinary endeavors.

The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite half-bathroom. The other two bedrooms are perfect for kids, each furnished with two twin beds, and share a well-appointed full bathroom.

Outside, you’ll find a lovely patio and deck, ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The backyard provides a cozy space for family games or just relaxing under the stars.

Our home is conveniently located in Lower Village Kennebunk, just steps away from unique shops, art galleries, delectable restaurants, and entertainment options. Boating excursions are also available nearby. Only a mile from our home, you’ll find some of Maine’s most picturesque beaches, including surfer’s favorite Gooch’s Beach and kid-friendly Mother’s Beach.

Neighborhood description

Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square Kennebunkport (Joined by a bridge) are quaint fisherman’s village that has developed over the years into the desirable destination town. Now offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk, and the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles.

Getting around

Bikes or simply walking is the best way to get around.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95 just between Portland, Me. And Portsmouth, NH.
There’s an Amtrak train station in Saco and Wells, and Uber transport is available. Portland’s international jet port allows easy flights in and out of Maine. Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
