“The Roost” Bright & Quiet – Close to Town

Recently built apartment with hardwood & tiled floors has a full kitchen & bathroom with full-size washer/dryer. We have decorated the space to have a modern-boho California surf sort of style.
This suite is close to Town Square, Kennebunkport, Goose Rocks Beach and most of the 4-5 star restaurants in the area. Enjoy a night on the town or a relaxing evening by the fire!

The space

One bedroom apartment above our recently built garage, we have converted to be a nightly rental space on Airbnb. This apartment has a lot of amenities that typical apartments do not offer, such as, hardwood and tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom area. There are wall mounted mini-split heating and cooling units which are perfect for those few sticky nights we get here in Maine. In the full bathroom which has a shower stall, there is a full washer and dryer for our guest’s convenience. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils and all cooking needs includes a dishwasher and full-size refrigerator.

The living area has a queen sized pullout couch to sleep 2 people with a couple of accent chairs to create a seating arrangement with conversation and interaction in mind.

The spacious bedroom features a king sized bed and a trundle with two twin mattresses. We have included a TV in the bedroom as well for the guest’s enjoyment.

Guest access

The entire apartment is private, and the guests are encouraged to make themselves at home. There is a patio space that is ideal for soaking up the sun, sitting under the stars enjoying a fire and cocktail or resting while your dinner is sizzling on the grill.

Interaction with guests

I take our hosting very seriously and want to be as available as possible. I do work full time as a kitchen and Bath designer, but am available via website and messages. And will get back to you asap.
