Tall pines surrounded this studio space with a quiet patio fire pit to sit back and relax with a glass of wine or locally created craft beer. We are close to the town square and Kennebunkport’s beautiful beaches.

The space

The studio space was recently built to let in soothing light throughout the day. There is a private entrance to our space which features hardwood floors, tile in the bathroom, and a spacious 14-foot ceiling. It also features a COMFORTABLE queen size bed, a seating area and a dining area for two.
Anytime is the BEST time to be in K’port. Weekend girls getaway, special occasion, anniversary, surfing trip, cycling excursions, you name it, and this picturesque town will satisfy. Our place, centrally located, close to town square (walk, ride, drive) beaches (ride, drive) and local attractions. Bring your fat tire bikes and ride the nearly 30 miles of killer trails at the Edwin L Smith Preserve.

Guest access

The space is a studio, one big room with a bathroom. Outside the front door is a stone patio area with a fire pit for our guests to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach, leaf peeping or shopping in Dock Square. WiFi, bedding, and towels provided. While there is no formalized kitchen, the suite offers a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, convection oven, hot plate, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, K-cups, utensils, plates and pots and pans. There is also a Weber grill right outside your door should you choose to BBQ your meals.

Interaction with guests

I work full-time but am available for our guests via text if I am not with clients or on appointments. I will do my best to be available, but my days are unpredictable.
