A custom-built condo/townhouse in Kennebunkport is tucked away, is a quiet retreat after a long day at the beach, and provides many amenities. This meticulously crafted home offers plenty of living areas and an updated kitchen. The Brook-side House will comfortably sleep 6 guests for a week or a few days of peaceful relaxation. The newly updated kitchen has all the cooking and baking amenities you’ll need. A Professional series electric stove and all the other essentials you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal! The space, with details not spared, offers unique built-in cabinetry and luxury finishes on the inside. At the same time, on the outside, a custom-built fire pit area you can enjoy in the quiet evening that only the sound of the brook and peepers seem to live.
Our location couldn’t be any more perfect, with just a walk or bike-ride away from Goose Rocks Beach. So grab one of our coolers, some drinks and hop on your beach cruiser for a day at the best beach in Southern Maine or take a short walk across the street and enjoy a five-star dinner at the acclaimed restaurant “Earth” at Hidden Pond. This private home nestled off the road with a quiet landscape we designed with travelers and families in mind. The outdoor space has a gas grill for your cooking/BBQ-ing convenience.

Goose Rocks Beach is a super cute beach community with wide sandy beaches for kids to play on and a gentle tide that’s never threatening to little ones. Located just minutes from Kennebunkport, this stretch of beach may be the most beautiful place to stay in Maine. Quaint streets to bike and walk, watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean with tiny Timber Island in the background. A general store offers parking passes and penny candy for sale, adding to the nostalgia of Maine coastal summers.

Getting around
Biking is always a leisurely way to experience the neighborhood and smell the ocean.
Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, Maine, and Portsmouth, NH.
There’s an Amtrak train station in Saco and Wells, along with Uber transport for your traveling needs. Portland’s international jet port allows easy flights in and out of Maine. Boston Logan is a short drive, ​and pick-up and drop-off can be arranged with a local vendor.
