Walk to Lower Village to grab a hot (or iced) coffee and croissant, lunch, and dinner. Or take a few more steps to our quaint center of town we call “Dock Square” and all it has to offer including shops, entertainment, and boating. This carriage house has updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchenette for your convenience.

Neighborhood description
This property is located directly across the street from the popular Gooch’s Beach in Kennebunk. This beach has fine sand for building contest-worthy sandcastles, surf to create the most amazing boogie board experiences, and a horizon to lend the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Gooch’s Beach is close to Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square Kennebunkport (Joined by a bridge) is a quaint fisherman’s village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination town. Now offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk, and of course, the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles.

Getting around
Bikes or simply walking is the best way to get around.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95 just between Portland, Me. And Portsmouth, NH.
There’s an Amtrak train station in Saco and Wells, and Uber transport is available. Portland’s international jet port allows for easy flights in and out of Maine. Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
